Oh! those books were awesome ^____^ adrian's definetely my favourite character, even if he didnt have a particularily big part. the ending of simon says was interesting as well; the author certainly managed to steer clear of typical endings and the like, which is good :3 but i have to say...i like Snow Flower and the Secret Fan even more >.< actually, i finished it on that trip to parry sound, and bought another of Lisa See's books there, "Peony in Love". Haha, when i saw the title, i thought it might be the life of Snow Flower's granddaughter, but even though it wasnt, it was really good nonetheless <3

And ahah, Yeah, I like em both for different reasons.
Simon Say's is really simple in comparison to Snow Flower, but it's got an interesting way with words.
Snow Flower just made me way depressed, haha and to think I bout the book because I thought it had a beautiful cover ... ;;
